True Freedom

Here we stand
wanting more
when in fact
we have it all

Here we stand
while others are denied
all the things
we simply take for granted

Here we stand
in the luxury of being free
while others still fight
to express what they need

Here we stand
without being able to fully understand
what its like
to be controlled by someone else

We are the children
Of true freedom?
